Lizzie Smith, born and raised in Amarillo, graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a Bachelors of Arts in Biology.  She has worked in many facets of the hospitality industry from personal catering services to large hotel banquets & events.  She enjoys gardening, cooking, living an active life and raising her two daughters.
